(Notification) On Handling Customers’ Personal Information
We observe the following guidelines when handling customers’ personal information
1. Purpose of Use
Personal information provided to us will be kept confidential. We will not use it for any purposes other than those described below.
  1. For the manufacturing or shipping of ordered goods.
  2. For the billing of charges to payment agencies and government agencies such as prefectural governments, city governments, and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
  3. For coordination with outside companies involved in the manufacturing, shipping, etc. of ordered goods.
  4. When seeking the advice or consultation of outside doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, etc. to aid in the manufacturing of welfare equipment.
  5. When providing explanations to family members.
  6. When giving instructions on products, after-sales service, and changes in service policies.
  7. When business operators need to share customers’ personal information at committee meetings or with operators of other services used by the customer in order to ensure the smooth execution of in-home services administered to users in accordance with the stipulations of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
  8. When it is deemed necessary to disclose certain secrets learned about the user and/or his/her family to in-home nursing support providers or service providers so that they may devise appropriate in-home service plans. Confidential information will be divulged only to the extent deemed necessary for providing care (or care prevention) services
  9. For providing information on various seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  10. In order to contact people who want to take a tour of the company.
  11. To respond to various inquiries on the home page or send documents to people who request them.
  12. For the conducting of surveys and campaigns, the compiling of results into data, analysis and statistical processing.
  13. For the sending of rewards and/or prizes won in surveys.
2. Providing or sharing personal information with third parties
As a rule, we will neither disclose nor share personal information to third parties.
However, in the following cases, we reserve the right to disclose personal information:
- When legally required to do so.
- When it is necessary to do so for the protection of the life, welfare or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the permission of that person.

There are cases where it becomes necessary for us to delegate and accept the transfer of customers’ personal information to and from welfare equipment suppliers and other business operators, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. 本公司对客户个人信息的处理如下。
1. 个人信息的使用目的
本公司对您提供的个人信息予以保密,不会用于以下目的外的其他目的。

2. 向第三方提供和共同使用个人信息
本公司原则上不会对第三方披露您所提供的个人信息,也不会与第三方共同使用。
但是,下列情况时可披露个人信息。

3. 委托和受委托处理个人信息

本公司为了保护个人信息和安全管理,采取以下事项等措施。
